Mark Flo: News
Brandon's Birthday Jam - April 8, 2006
On April 8th, Latino Life Entertainment was at it again, representing for my nephew Brandon. It was a basement party, which are always the best, because everyone dresses comfortable, and they come to dance.
We started the party off by giving the crowd a sneak preview of my new song dropping in about two weeks called "Life, Pain, Dreams and Fame" featuring my oldest son Jonathan who goes by the name Benny Blanco. I will let you guys know when it drops. The crowd enjoyed the record, eager for its release.
Then we starting mixing all of the current hits, great reactions came with "Hop" by Luke, and "Whatchu Know About That" by T.I.
The reggae and reggaeton were on point, strong reactions for the classic "Drop it like its Hot" by Snoop, also the crowd cheered for "Bad Man Forward, Bad Man Pull up" by Ding, Dong.
Great Reaction for "Get Down" by the Dip Set, we played everything from Lloyd Banks to Daddy Yankee.
This was a great party, we also had the older folks moving to the Salsa and Latin House.
At one point, I pulled my nephew to the side and I told him to look at the crowd, and he saw all of his friends dancing and I told him "thats how much I love ya".
Hey yo, I did not do this party alone, my son Niko and my daughter Kristina, were representing from spinning records to taking pictures to helping me with the light show.
Remember I am Mark Flo, but Latino Life Entertainment is a team comprised of my family.

Latino Life ERG Record Pool - July 23, 2005
What's up family, I have very big news, at every party I do , I have countless people coming up to me asking where did you get that song, that is off the hook. Another reaction I recieve from dj's is hey that song is not in the stores, only on the radio, how did you get that, my response is always a smile :).
Well, now its time to share the wealth, I have launched my own record pool. If you are a professional DJ and want all of the current and future hits without the curses and without having to buy the album, I got you covered.
Oh, and don't get it twisted, this is by no means an underground mixtape. this is 100% legal by all copyright standards and we have the approval and participation of all of the record labels. This is official, when you subscribe to the cd's in my series, the record company and the artist are compensated.
This is not a DJ tape, this is just like buying the record in the stores with no interruption, but even better, no curses and you only have to pay for the song everyone wants to hear. So for $20.00, the price of one album you get all of the hot songs legally mailed to your front door.
So click record pool on the left hand side menu to check out the Latino Life ERG record pool and become a member, you do not have to be Funkmaster Flex do be down, as long as you work as a DJ, welcome to the family.
Latino Life ERG Music offers radio programmers, jukebox operators and disc jockeys the opportunity to buy the best new music releases on a subscription basis. Aunt' Linda's Surprise Party - July 16, 2005
On July 16th, we enjoyed a very nice evening in the honor of my Aunt Linda. My Uncle Joe planned her surprise party to honor her upcoming 60th Birthday. It was a very touching as the theme of the party was recognizing they never had a chance to have a wedding reception when they were first married.
My Uncle wanted this party to be the reception she did not get a chance to have, I thought that was really cool.
It was primarily an Italian crowd, a big response came with "That's Amore" by Dean Martin, the whole crowd began to sing the chorus, it was a real nice moment. Huge responses on the Dance Floor were the Electric Slide, Cha Cha Slide, and of course the Grease Megamix brought the house down.
Of course Latino Life had to represent with Merengue and Salsa Music and we all celebrated with joy.
Another nice moment came when Aunt Linda and her uncle Lenny danced a Lindy to the Glenn Miller Band.
Special thanks to Kristina and Amanda for helping me set up.
It was very nice, the food and the ambience were wonderful, the evening was Italian , it was Latino , it was Family.

Kristina's Sweet Sixteen - June 17, 2005
On Friday June 17th, I had the moment of all moments, I celebrated my daughters Sweet Sixteen. It was without question one of the most memorable nights of my life.
My friends and family from far and near came to represent and celebrate our princess.
First Lilly and I were introduced to the crowd to "All My Life" by KCI& Jo Jo.
Then my son Marquis and my niecies Gia and Rockell came out to "Big Pimpin" by Jay-Z, which really was one of the cutest moments I have ever seen.
Then the court was introduced to the crowd as Chosen Few played in the background by Nore. "Few, Few only the chosen" Her court was introduced one by one, and they performed a dance they have been working on for some time now.
Thank you to our friends and family who performed in the court, it will never be forgotten and has helped create a memory that will always be cherished.
Thank You:
Melinda and Teddy
Arielle and Brandon
Amanda and Christopher
Dominique and Carl
Joke and Ahmad
Lisa and Jay
Then the moment of truth, alarms sounded and as the remix version of "Waiting for Tonight" played in the background my daughter entered looking like a puerto-rican queen escorted by little jay, a close friend of the family, they looked great and the moment will forever live on in my mind.
The crowd cheered as if there favorite movie star or musician was about to perform.
Kristina greeted her family and then a dance continued, they danced to "Mi Gente" by Robi Rob's Clubworld.
Little Jay then walked Kristina to her chair and as "I'm not a girl, not yet a woman by Britney Spears played in the background I changed her shoes and crowned her with her Tiara.
Then we danced to "Daddy" by Beyonce, and there were tears throughout the crowd. Forget about it Lilly cried the minute Krisitina entered the room.
Kristina then began her candlelighting ceremony, where she remembered our loved ones that have passed on and acknowleged specific people in the room with a candle to show her appreciation for their contribution to her upbringing.
Of course, I made my speech to my little girl and it was from the heart, I told her she was my life, my heart, that everything began with her and I, and how proud she has made me, how I was scared when she was born but I committed myself to doing a good job and she turned out to be the princess I always hoped she would be.
Kristina made tributes to her brothers, friends, uncles, aunts and Lilly and her mom Samantha.
Lilly helped make this party happen, she put so much effort into making this a memorable event, I will never forget that.
The party continued with great mixes by DJ Lady K, these kids are amazing dancers, my body does not move like that anymore, Jonathan and I both got down to "Touch" by Omarion, we broke out the popping and locking, that was a real nice moment.
Jay took over the dance floor creating his own dance routine which entertained everyone.
Friends of Kristina, performed a dance called "Total Domination" which was entertaining, creative and a riot.
Thanks to everyone who helped to make this day so wonderful,
to my Aunt Awilda and her family from Florida, thanks for coming down.
I have posted pictures from the event on my site, so you can witness for yourself this very special evening.
Kristina, you make me so proud, you are always a wonderful thought that brings a smile to my face.
Peace,
Flo

I have been really busy lately, working hard, you know trying to make moves.
However, this past weekend I had the oppourtunity to be part of my nephew's birthday bash, he wanted the party to be off the hook, so he hollared at your boy.
The party was great, these kids today man, they love to dance and they may be shy at first, but after the first group of songs break the ice, they feel right at home.
Some of the big responses came when I played "I'm a Hustla" by Cassidy and "Candy Shop" by 50 Cent. "Just A Little Bit" by 50 also recieved a nice response.
The Reggaeton was in effect as well as Mariah Carey's "It's Like That", both pleased the crowd. The classic Missy Elliot songs were succesful as well as ERRTIME by Nelly.
"Gasolina" and "Chosen One" by Nore recieved strong responses.
After hours the grown folks came down and jammed to Salsa and Freestyle.

Max and Flora's Wedding - September 14, 2003
On September 14th, Latino Life Entertainment was honored to share an evening
with Mr. & Mrs. Max Vixamar and their beautiful family.
It was a beautiful reception located in Mountainside, New Jersey. The wedding
party entered the hall to the classic song ?Family Affair? by Mary J. Blige
and the Bride and Groom followed to another classic-?Love Will Never Do
Without You? by Janet Jackson.
The couple danced their first married dance to the beautiful ?Give Me You? by
Mary J. Blige.
Both Bride and Groom danced with their parents to ?Unforgettable? by Natalie
Cole.
It was a fun evening as I played Kompa music for the first time.
Of course, I played my specialty-Hip Hop & R&B.
I received very strong responses for ?Get Low? by the Ying Yang Twins and
the ?Cha Cha Slide?.
The crowed roared when I played an exclusive remix of ?Never Leave? by
Lumidee.
Even in the beginning was a special moment as one of the requested dinner
songs was ?All My Life? by KCI & Jo Jo- which is Lilly and my song.
Max and Flora, thank you for choosing Latino Life Entertainment, it was our
honor.
Special Thanks to Lilly and Kristina Vega-Flores for helping out at
the party and July Lopez for helping me with the music selection.
Heat-Club Demarrara - July 3, 2003
Whats up people, on July 3rd history was made, Mark Flo entered the night
club arena-It aint safe no more.
I mixed so many records in my two and half hour set, the reggae and hip hop
hits were in effect. The biggest response came from Sean Paul and The
Crooklyn Clans Get Busy Remix. The mixes were exciting and did what only my
mixes should do-they flowed.
Thank you family for coming out to support your hermano.
Like Jay-Z says You could have been anywhere in the world, but your here
with me-I appreciate that
Much love and respect to David Guadalupe and DJ Sabroso for letting me get my
shine on.
CCD Year End Bash - April 5, 2003
Hey Whats up my people, this weekend Mark Flo and the LLE Family were at it
again. I spun at the year end dance for the CCD Program at St. Josephs
Church in Spring Valley.
The kids had so much energy, they came to party, and there is nothing a DJ
loves more that a crowd that comes to party.
I shouted over the microphone, Does anybody like Sean Paul, and the crowd
roared as they hit the dance floor.
There were also huge reactions for The Baddest Girl by Lady Saw and No
Letting Go by Wayne Wonder.
A very special moment came when I played I Can by Nas, as I led the crowd
in singing the chorus and the top of their lungs, their is no better feeling
than a leading a group of kids in singing;
I Know I Can
Be What I Wanna Be
If I Work Hard At It
Ill Be Where I Wanna Be
In addition, every time the chorus repeated I screamed louder, louder and
they did just that.
Another great moment was when the adults joined in with the kids to dance
the Cha Cha Slide and they laughed and giggled and they did thier best Cha
Cha Slide, let me tell You!
These kids, inspire me more everyday, they were of every color and partied
like one big family, maybe us grown ups can learn a thing or two from them.
Special LLE thanks to my team, Jonathan, Kristina, Geo and Brandon. Thank you
for your help, I could not have done it without you guys.
It was a great Saturday afternoon, we partied for Christ, we partied for the
Church, we partied for the kids.
Your Bro,
Mark Flo

Anthony's Birthday Bash - March 6, 2003
Hey Whats Up Family whats going on, I DJd this weekend Saturday March 1st.
The Venue was The Sons Of Italy O.S.I.A. in Blauvelt, New York.
The party was a surprise birthday bash for Anthony Ayala, the sixteen year
old son of Norma Ayala, a longtime friend of mine and customer of Latino Life
Entertainment.
The Party was from 6:30 -12:00 Midnight, Anthony showed up around 8:00 with
the impression he was attending someone elses party. To his surprise, he
walked into a room of his family and friends screaming surprise while In Da
Club by 50 Cents bumped over the speakers.
Norma greeted Anthony and the crowd over the mic, and told him she was sorry
his girlfriend could not make the party. Norma then requested Anthony call
his girlfriend on his cell phone. To his surprise she was in attendance and
walked over with a huge smile while Love of My Lifetime by Erykah Badu
played over the speakers. The two hugged and danced the first dance of the
evening.
The Party started and it was great to see Gina and Lori Vergara. I DJd
Loris Sweet Sixteen in Brooklyn a couple of years ago. The two ladies led
the crowd in a very strong reaction to Merengue and Latin House.
A young rapper by the name of Rabbit rhymed along Eminem on Lose Yourself
and 8 Mile Rd and then kicked an original freestyle dedication to his
friend. Much Props to Rabbit, that took heart.
Christian (the best friend) and Justine (the little sister) both made special
dediation speeches.
The crowd reacted strongly to I Can by Nas and Get Busy by Sean Paul.
Anthony even came on stage and sang along with Sean Paul.
The classics also where in effect while the crowd danced to the freestyle
classic The Mexican by Jellybean Benitez and the Reggae Classics Murder
She Wrote by Chaka Demus and Pliers and Rich Girl.
Overall, it was a great night and Anthony thanked the crowd and Justine
joined him on stage for a special dedication to their Mom Norma. The three
danced to Because You Love Me by Celine Dion and the party ended.
Thank you for a wonderful time guys, it was my honor to share this time with
you.
Norma, you are the best. We have to do this again sometime.
Special thanks to my team-My Wife Lilly, My Son Jonathan and My Daughter
Kristina-without you guys the success would not have been possible.
